Ms. Usher, is a CFA with over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, capital raising and sell side assignments with a focus on technology, energy (renewable energy), cannabis and CBD companies. She is the co-founder and managing director of Dragonfly Capital Management (“Dragonfly”), a Charlotte, North Carolina based boutique investment bank focused on the small company market offering private capital placement and merger/acquisition services. Dragonfly isa registered broker-dealer with the NASD/SEC with a focus on transactions in the $25 million – $100 million range. Ms. Usher will provide advice on strategic vision, capital markets, business development and advancing the Company’s MSO strategy into additional US states.

Scott Reeves

Scott is a partner at the law firm of TingleMerrett LLP and his practice is focused on securities, corporate finance and commercial transactions for emerging and growth companies, joint ventures and partnerships. Scott acts for a large number of TSX and TSX Venture Exchange-listed companies in a wide range of industries. He has advised numerous private and public corporations (including registered dealers) in a wide range of business matters including access to capital markets, corporate governance and operational issues both nationally and internationally. Scott has been an officer and director of several publicly listed companies.

Sean Campbell

Sean is a member of the California State Bar and practiced law in business litigation. Sean has founded and been a director or officer in numerous companies in various business sectors, including acting as in-house legal counsel. From August 2008 to present Mr. Campbell has been a partner of MKM Capital Advisors that provides capital, operating and management advice to companies and makes direct investments in various sectors. Previously Sean was the CEO of OTC-listed Blue Line Protection Group that provided services in relation to banking security compliance for the cannabis industry where he grew Blue Line from 9 to 125 employees (including registered dealers) in a wide range of business matters including access to capital markets, corporate governance and operational issues both nationally and internationally. Scott has been an officer and director of several publicly listed companies.
